Return Policy wants to make sure you get the right product to meet your needs. As such we offer a 60-day return policy. All returned items must be unused and in the original manufacturer’s packaging.

We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return and a 10% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items must be shipped back in the same condition received. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

We will provide a paid return label once we receive images of the items ordered packaged and ready for return.

To start a return, please send your request to When your return is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA #) , as well as instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to start a return for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
